You don't get rivalries do you?
A Spartan Today, A SPARTAN FOREVER. Through thick and thin, low and high water I strive to be the best Spartan ever.
What? Thats stretching.
Implications. They lost the Big Ten Title AND a first round bye in the BTT.

Because screw you, that's why.

we lost the big ten title when we lost to them too.....
No we didn't as we couldn't clinch the Big Ten last Sunday. The way they lost on THIS day stings much more then our loss.
Not that simple. We lost it when we let leads slip against them, or IU, or OSU. Of course, IU slipped up when they had chances to win outright. So did Michigan.
I don't really care that much either way, to be honest.
No #1 seed in the NCAA's for the Wolvies!
Because Michigan just lost in the most heart breaking way imaginable. Lost the title at the same time. Lost at home (only place they have been any good). And now they're in one and done season.
And they have a tendency after losses to be down for a while. It's the last thing they needed going into the tournament.

I wanted a piece of the title, but if they were going to lose I am happy it was in the biggest choke job way of the year. 5 point lead inside a minute and they blow 2 one an ones and can't stop them. Crushing.
I woulda rather seen them blown out because I'm pissed that they choked. That probably would have been much more demoralizing than a choke job. I would have been more happy about a blowout.
MSU was up by 6 in the final minute and then missed a potential 4 free throws, a point blank lay up and a tip in the final second?
I think 2 potential free throws missed and handing them a free basket qualifies as "almost"
Would you rather they lose by 4? If they were going to lose, I wanted them to lose like they did or lose by 30.
You're an idiot.
That's your counter argument?
Actually, no: we beat them by 23 on our homecourt.
Thank you, Denicos.
We trailed most of the second half at UM and played like dog shit. How is UMs loss the same?
Because we had a good chance to win and we blew it. Am I missing something?
Yes. The fact that their loss was more painful then out loss last week.
A cogent thought?
As bad as we played we didn't really deserve to win. We would have stolen that one. UM had NO business losing that game.
