Eh..... that's a tough one. Probably not one like in the pictures posted by the OP. I like girls to be in shape, sure, but those "hard" bodies and that kind of definition are not my thing.

Yeah, that's the girl my buddy is marrying. He's also a personal trainer. They met at work. Together they make sense, but I'm not sure it would work for me.

People who work-out that much(unless it is part of their job) are either unhappy and/or have some mental issues.

That chick is borderline fitness model. She's more female bodybuilder and with her size and body fat % she's probably done a cycle of testosterone or two.

Real fitness models- yes for sure.

It beats the fattie at the gym today who was drinking a can of soda while on the treadmill.

Then, she was talking on her phone while just sitting on the equipment for an hour.

And people wonder why they're fat.

I think people place too much emphasis on the competition photos. For the most part they don't look like that in everyday life, ie that defined.
