If Matta left it up to him, it just proves how bad a coach that he is. All I did was surmise how it came down in the huddle by emphasizing what a buffoon Matta is for taking that approach.

Key is: Izzo approved and knew precisely what was to take place. If Matta and the players didn't know what Craft had in mind, it was bad coaching.

I don't think he was told to miss. Everyone knew he was going to try and miss though.

He made a great play on the ball, but left a half second early. I like it clanking off the front of the rim rather than the heal. It gives him the advantage instead of the trees in the paint.

He's a smart and tough player. I wish he was a Spartan.
