Delaney getting hammered by media.

Since it has come out that he is the lone holdout for a playoff, the SEC/Big 12 media has been drilling him. Basically calling him a wussy for holding up a playoff for fear of not being able to field a competitive team or being able to get more then 1 team in.
I think it's time for him to go. Thanks for BTN, now goodbye.

He's the lone hold out for a + one play off...the SEC/Big 12 want that...and it's just as terrible a plan as the current system in my opinion.
Deleney probably doesn't agree with me, but I think it should full NCAA sanctioned play-off or bust.

Delany's a puppet to UM, tOSU, PSU and now Nebraska.
His foundation of managing has been focused on keeping mainly UM and tOSU happy. Now the entire nation will see his dumb ass for what it is...a shill for certain programs.

From his perspective, why would you want a change?
The Big 10 gets in 2 BCS teams every year. A playoff would mean losing cash. The dude has no regard on what is good for the sport. He only cares about the $$$

This is nothing new people. Delany has made it quite clear that his job is to make as much money as possible for the Big Ten member institutions -- that's it. He aligns himself with the traditional powers of the league because in his view, that's how the most money can be made. Everything else is just window dressing.

The only good i see Delaney has done for MSU is the BTN, besides that everything he does is with U of M and OSU in mind

1. His top team is going to get major sanctions, someday.
2. His #3 team was a proving ground for child molestation for close to 30 years.
3. Nobody thinks his #2 "program" deserves the BCS bid... and they're poised for a pretty epic fall over the next couple years.

It's not that he only cares about the cash. He only cares about getting more cash than other conferences in the current model. He would get more cash in a play off, but that would mean non AQ and AQ conferences would start to get more of the larger play off pie. It has more to do with keeping everyone else down than it does getting more money to the B1G.

they should've seen it last year when he blew the NCAA in allowing OSU to play their ineligible players during the Big Ten season and in the BCS game last year.
Delaney officially stole the Rose Bowl from MSU last season with his actions regarding OSU
