Low post-count poster!! Nucky!!

I went to pick up lunch today and had 97.1 on. They were talking about Stern and the NBA drawing up some kind of mandatory post-game hand shaking event because of how the Boston and Miami game ended last night. Whoever was on was asking if it was a good idea. He went through a laundry list of times that it happened (Lebron in the past, the Pistons/Bulls, etc...) and I was specifically waiting to see if he would mention UM last year. Lo and behold, nothing. They were willing to go back 20+ years for examples lol but wouldn't mention UM running off the field last season at MSU.

Because the Detroit media insists that we were taunting them.

Actually, last year Denard was pretty awesome most all year long. The problem is just when he plays you guys. The bottom line is you have a lot of talent on your defense right now and your coaches are game-planning very, very well.

I think more props should go to you guys for the job you've done containing him, because he really is an amazing player.

As stated above, he can't pass... especially pass under pressure. If more teams figure this out....the worse it is for Michigan.

I don't think it's that simple. I think it's that simple for you guys because you have one of the best defenses in the country. Not every team has Gholsten, Worthy, etc, to throw at us. I watch other teams try that, and it doesn't work as well for them.

To tJYD, who said that Denard can't pass, well, yeah, he really isn't the best passer, so I can't argue with you too much. But he's still so dangerous. If a team screws up for one split second, he can burn a team for a touchdown with his feet. He does it against just about everyone. But again, your defense just doesn't ever miss their assignments.

To duffy munn, I didn't realize that saying "sparty fans" was derogatory, so I'm sorry about that. I actaully kind of like spartan fans. I coach tennis and most of my players are spartan fans. They are good fans

What if he tweaks a knee and can't run though?
What if his line sucks and can't give him any time at all on arm punts?
What if his receivers can't catch his jump ball arm punts this season?

Agree with you for the most part. That being said, our two losses on defense (Worthy and Robinson) have been reloaded. Enjoy another beat-down. I doubt we're going to spot you 90 yards of field position again.
