Television legend Dick Clark is selling his one-of-a-kind residence in Malibu for $3.5 million. The single-story structure with it’s rocky interior looks just like the home of Fred and Wilma from the classic 60′s cartoon. The whole property sits on more than 22 acres and is waiting for a new owner. Unfortunately, animal appliances are not included in the deal.

Dick Clark will be remembered as one of the most forward thinking businessmen in the entertainment business along with Merv Griffin.
He became the host for American Bandstand at 27 in 1956. A year later started producing it as part of Dick Clark Productions in 1957 and bought the show in 1964 when he was 35. He also was well liked in the black community when he integrated Bandstand. That move also got popular black acts to appear on Bandstand and they never forgot him. Dick Clark production did a lot of annual shows including the NYC New Years Eve. He sold his production company after 50 years for well over $100M.
