This isn't an easy question, its something I've been pondering this preseason as I check box scores during the Redskins games and do a little cheer as RG3's stat lines are... meh.
Back last season I started following RG3, right around the time everybody else caught on he was putting up ridiculous video game stats. I dug the fact that he went out and married a chick with huge cans, seemed like a really good dude, good teammate, and had freakish athletic ability and a cannon arm. I really fell head over heels for him in the bowl game while he was (what I thought would be) on his way to a 1,500 yard offensive showing by Baylor. Followed the dude a little during the pre-draft shit show and even start believing there was a chance he'd jump Luck for #1... I'm no 'skins fan, but I thought it was a good move when they traded up to get him, for him being in a big market, public team.
Then in the 4th round things began to change. I started hating him and everything he stood for, I hated his "dual threat" nature, started rationalizing that "this dude's going to get injured more often than Mike Vick" and started buying into the baseless rumors that plagued him in the predraft shit show of being a "bad teammate."
Is this wrong? Should I just hope he does well and Kirk learns his way through the system and gets his shot some day? Using a few years on the bench to eventually become the man like Steve McNair, Daunte Culpepper, Romo, et al did before them?
Give me some perspective RCMB.
Also, pics of wife with huge cans included.

Why hate what's beyond your control?
Cousins? He couldn't control who picked him either. The only thing I can figure is Shanahan didn't want to be stuck with the owner's rookie QB and Rex Grossman. So Cousins is the worker bee who is behind a better pure athlete and either shines if he gets his chance or goes the Bret Favre route and gets traded to a team that wants him as a starter. Its all about the 2nd contract bonus in the NFL now anyway.

Hail to the Redksins Hail Victory...
No, I am absolutely not rooting against him and Kirk wouldn't be starting no matter where he was picked so I don't see the big deal. Hell, being stuck behind an unproven rookie gives him a better shot than being stuck behind an established veteran.
Rex Grossman though, fuck that dude. I hate him almost as much as Albert Haynesworth.
