I dislike the SEC fans more, yes. The thing that annoys me is that even mediocre SEC schools seem to think that they would just roll any school in any conference in the country. The SEC is really good, but it isn't THAT good. My annoyance is furthered by the ESPN slobberfest that goes on every Saturday. I used to love gameday, now I can't even watch. My dislike for them will probably be reduced when someone finally knocks them off their pedestal, but not much.
That said, there are plenty of fanbases in the B1G I don't particularly like either. However, I've also been to every B1G school for a football game and I've only had one or two bad experiences as a traveling fan. You also tend to run into a ton of transplanted B1G alum out here in AZ and for the most part there's a great comraderie about it (except of course with scUM alums). I hang out all the time and watch games with Badger and Hawkeye fans for example. In general, they are cut from the same cloth as Spartan fans. Running into SEC fans out here is completely different IMO. They tend to be smug, arrogant, uninformed, and unintelligent.

When it comes to disliking schools there is no doubt scUM is #1 in my book. Then its followed closely by ND and O$U. As for the SEC, I dislike all the snakeoil salesmen who are head coaches, Saben, Spurrier, Miles, etc. For one, they have bastardized the recruiting game by treating kids poorly. I just read where a verbal commit from Georgia had his offered pulled becuase "we found someone better." It's amazing to me that if a student makes a commitment the coaches and school hold his feet to the fire, but the same is not true of coaches. We need to clean up recruiting and start by having an early signing period (ala basketball and other sports). Then cut the number of scholarships to 80 with no more than 20 signed in a class. Look what happended to college basketball when scholarships were cut back, some parity occurred and mid majors started to have a real chance of going deep into the tournament. STop letting SEC and Big12 teams stock up players that will never see the field jsut to keep them away from other teams. This is what Woody and Bo used to do.

Do you dislike SEC schools more than B1G schools?
