None of my vehicles HAVE a cd player (all cassette) but no I would not use it. I have hundreds of cds and have not played one at home in years.
In my cars I rigged up aux inputs into my factory cassette radios and listen to an iPhone or iPod. I also will listen to local sports talk mostly in football season.
What is that, a Titleist? A hole in one...
