My girl texts me this morning and tells me that her best friend gave birth overnight. Her daughter's name? Paisley.
My Mom tells me that Jessica Simpson's daughter will be named Maxwell.
What the fuck is going on these days?
Any ridiculous names you've heard lately?
P.S. Jaden, Caden, Braden, Shmaden are also just lovely.

Paisley is actually a very large town in Scotland, so if the parents are Scotch I can somewhat understand...
I have Welsh and Scots in my family, weirdest name among us is Rhiannon who was reputed to be a Welsh goddess made mortal on her marrying a mortal (don't know the whole story...)
The names I can't stand are the made up shit like Cyeanethia (Mom=Cynthia and Dad=Sean)
