lollol you guys really fit the stereotype... I'm happy to say that I've never watched an episode nor will I ever.

Now you know why Icall these guys complete social misfits and why they hate guys like me who beat them up in middle school, took their lunch and made them do my homework. The op is a former member if the marching band.

All these guys probably were briggs majors and lived on "quiet floors" with all the Asians. Lol.

Keeping the sunshiners in check since 2000.

  • Gene Roddenberry came to Michigan State in 74 or 75 and spoke at the Auditorium. It was completely full. At that show, they presented the original pilot. It was much better than the two part deal they did a few years later.

He said then his favorite was City on the Edge of Forever. I'd have to agree. The middle aged Joan Collins was just fine.

Although for pure comic relief, The Trouble with Tribbles isn't bad.

  • How about that one episode where the space ship was stuck in the outer atmosphere and it looked like a star to those on the planet below. The flow of time was different in space than it was in the atmosphere...so, life on the planet accelerated at a faster rate. When the space ship got there, there were a few cave men...when the ship left, the planet had this glorious advanced society. In fact, the people on the planet helped get the space ship unstuck.

Good show...i think it was a voyager episode.

That was the episode the OP referenced.

  • TNG "The Measure of a Man". Simple episode but does address some pretty heavy stuff. This is the one where Data is judged to be a form of "life" and not property of Starfleet. I was never a big fan of DS9 because it seemed to be too much of a soap opera as opposed to an adventure story like Voyager and TNG.

  • I always wanted to see a movie where wesley crusher comes back as the traveler but his discoveries and powers have driven him kind of crazy and mayhem ensues...

Yeah that's as far as I got with that script...

Another OVER-RATED episode. I'm supposed to believe that a civilization has evolved to interstellar spaceflight with a language that only uses allusions?

gosh I never thought of it that way. I guess I was jus too stoned
