Fletch won me over regards PSU

  • Screw em, death penalty. However let the kids transfer with no penalties. The institution was run by evil mother fuckers. It has to pay.

    Mods you can merge this, I don't agree with fletch much and he surly doesn't ever sway me often but the hell with PSU. Even in regards to research and academics. The leaders were evil. Disassociate with them and let the kids transfer.

  • I know Stephen A Smith isn't the best person to listen to about college football, but I agree what he said this morning about the situation. Very similar to what fletch says. He said a 5 year death penalty, let the kids transfer without sitting, and just wipe the whole program. Then in 5 years, maybe allow them to start again.

  • How about a package deal...we expel both PSU and UM to keep the 2 divisions even, I think that's the only fair thing to do.

    I've said death penalty all along. Can't imagine the NCAA doing anything less. And yes the kids should be able to transfer without penalty.

  • The pres, vp, ad, etc should all pay a price, and hopefully they will in prison. Statute should be removed immediately. Anything named after jopa should be banished....Any $$$ raised by program should be fast-tracked to victims........countless actions can be taken to provide some closure to what was done(or not done) in the past. Should the football program be eliminated? I don't totally agree. This was a total lack of oversight by the administration and staff.......and they should all fry in hell. But to say specifically this is about the football progam, and penalize those kids that are not part of this disaster, is creating more unnecessary adversity. twocents

  • At the very least , every one should be able to transfer with instant eligibility. Blanket waiver for 5 years.

    And Larry Johnson should be fired immediately. Complete BS that he was retained. This isn't a mistake or an isolated problem. The program is corrupt so everyone needs to go, no matter how good a recruiter they are.

    They all bought into the King JoePa monarchy of Crappy Valley, which makes them part of this disaster. If the commoners had rebelled against the King years ago, they could be somewhat pardoned today, but they supported the incredible atmosphere of "Long Live The King" and therefore deserve the residue of penalties placed on the hierarchy.
