The suffering this guy has gone through must be unimaginable. Being as intelligent and still in the prime of his athletic life, one can only hope he can get a scholarship, a degree and lead a productive and fulfilling life.
Can't help but respect this guy when you listen to him speak.

But in her defense, she did say she weighed her options: "Tell the truth or keep the money". So at least we know she's thoughtful.

According to another article... she never did officially re-cant her story... they just taped her conversation and used that... there was no DNA evidance, no rape kit, etc.... it was he said she said, and took the lesser of 2 evils of charges.... family won 1.5 million due to an "unsafe environment"....she recently also re-canted her recanting.... and has no comment... her mother also no comment.... DA office said there are no plans to prosecute her since it is too difficult to prove. How does one live with onesself to send a man in prison because you wanted money? Her original thought was she did not want her family to find out she was sexually active, and it may hurt the lawsuit.... wow....just wow..... she should serve the same amount of time...won't happen.
