So... Why did this have to veer off in a Wisc / Bobby direction? Much like the Madaris thread getting bogged down with MgoSPED reaction?
Those are two of the biggest commits (possibly with Cox) in a while...

Two local sources (Westmoreland Sports Network and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette) say Cox to MSU.

The PSU and Wiscy boards have a pretty high amount of "Gut says MSU"/"MSU" chatter... Only the Ohio State board seems to think he's an OSU lock but I can't say I'm surprised.
Some Wiscy fans just had their dicks hard because he made them his last official visit and usually that's a good sign, but the reality is that he was deciding whether to go to Wiscy or ND for his last official, kind of like Dodson did with us in terms of deciding that last official. I credit Wisconsin's staff for getting him on campus, and if he had visited before their staff shake I would consider them to be in it... but not as much now. Kid was just doing his rounds and making sure he saw all his avenues.
This was an MSU/OSU decision.

Seeing Wisconsin as the lowest school, only a 'warm' on Cox's list, has ushered in a new level of pulse to that UW that wandered over here. Ugh, LOL. I wish we could harass him more for how nuts he was.

My thoughts exactly, I'm trying not to let any of these reports get me to excited because I feel like the internet/media turns into an echo chamber a lot of the time with these types of things where a lot of people are reporting what they're hearing, but nobody knows where any of this information came from.
Everything sounds good for us right now, but I'm not cracking open the beer until I hear the word straight from the source this evening.

This is a huge get for the Spartans, he's a stud athlete in the defensive backfield and we beat out Meyer for him which is, as someone mentioned, unprecedented since Meyer joined the B1G.
That's two 4 star recruits added today, now close with Dodson or Winston and I think we've got a great class. I still want Jackson too or the DE from Rutgers. We could have a top 30 class yet.
