    I'm a senior at Ohio University, this sucks so bad!! Almost 70 teams in the bracket and this had to happen!! It's so great for a small school like OU to be going to the tournament, everyone gets so excited down here. I was hoping they would make a run.........

    Well F*** it, im a wolvie, aways have always will!! Hope they beat them by 40!!

    This is a prime example of why, as a fan base, we're so critical of WMU-educated, CMU-educated, etc. U-M fans.

    It's just plain goofy to cast aside loyalty to your school- something so personal and involved. You put in four years of hard work in college, but you'd rather link yourself to something you've never been a part of, as opposed to what you are.

  • This "Ohio" thing for Hoke/B____ may seem insignificant but it goes directly to the ARROGANCE that is the tradition of scUM.

    1) They've always thought of themselves as this states ONLY B1G school from the beginning. Wanted the whole state to themselves, and did everything conceivable to make that happen.

    2) By calling tOSU Ohio, they not only deny the existence of Ohio U, but also attempt to raise the relevance of the scUM and OSU rivalry. In a strange, backhanded way it also diminishes MSU (in their eyes).

    3) The ultimate goal for Hoke is the return of big 2 little 8. He's trying to emulate Bo in every way possible. Good luck with that. B___'s mistake was to continue the idiocy of calling tOSU Ohio. Now he doesn't even know what to call his opponent in the tourney.

    As of this moment, I'm proud to be an OHIO fan!!! Go Bobcats!!

    meh, I think the scummers will come out on fire and blow them away, but I'd love to be wrong. Burke admitted they were exposed this weekend: take him away and how do they score consistently? I can't fucking believe we have to go down in history as tied with those fucks for the regular season title: unreal. We would beat them by 30 pts. on a neutral court right now.

    I hate Gottlieb and think he is the least intelligent analysts on ESPN, but he had a good fact. Ohio is one of the top perimeter defensive teams. It will be interesting if Ohio can neutralize Michigan's three point game. I think it may be closer than people are thinking, but I expect Michigan to pull it out.

    As a frosh, I expect Burke to come out wild on Friday and try to do too much due to the mentality displayed here. It'll be interesting if Bieline, and Novak can rein him in.

    "There's Ohio University and then there's just Ohio," Beilein said. "And Ohio University is who we're playing on Friday. I think people understand who I'm talking about, and I'll try to be very clear about it. But we're playing Ohio University, a tremendous university in Athens, Ohio."

    Apparently we should be refering to scUM as "Michigan University". That is the proper form of address according to their head basketball coach.
