Is someone moving to the National League?
I don't see how from a scheduling standpoint that can be done with two 15 team leagues.

i hope this leads to every team playing every other team in the league. Cut down on the # of times you play your own division (honestly, 19 games against anyone gets boring).

There is a lot of sentiment to even out the schedule. It's like UM with OSU, they want to play each other every year, but then bitch that everyone else doesn't have OSU or UM on their schedule.

Good. It's hard enough for the cubs to win the division as it is...having to beat out more teams to do it just makes it that much worse.
And I love Milwaukee in the NL. They already have great rivalries with the Cubs and Cards. Give em a couple series against the White sox, tigers, and twins throughout the next few if those old rivalries are that interesting.

I dunno...LA is still out there with good pitching and a decent offense. I think they'll make a play for Fielder.
Seattle has the pitching, if they can find some O, they could be solid.
Oakland sucks, and will probably continue to suck, but even they won 75 games this year and can be pesky.

Yes, Angels have the $$ to compete with anyone. Oakland trying to compete on a bargain budget. Didn't think $$ was the problem in Seattle, just poor management. To be seen how the Astros will be funded but no real reason Houston can't be a "big market' team.

Houston held on to the killer B's way to long and are now in rebuilding mode. They were good to solid for a LONG time before this season. Hit rock bottom this year, but are only a few years removed from a good 12-14 years of 80-90 wins regularly. If some of the prospects pan out from their dump offs the last few years they could turn it around pretty quick.
