Yes they are. The meaningless call on Battier on an LBJ free throw is a perfect example. Evens out the box score, but doesn't affect the game at all, and is not on a main guy. Watch for more of those in the 4th.

clearly westbrook starting to get pissed about the uneven officiating. Kicked his leg out my a$$. He still wondering if he will ever get a call. That will most likely come once the refs have the heat up comfortably with a double digit lead.

If you want to believe there is a conspiracy in something you will believe whatever you are seeing supports your conspiracy.
Why would they rig this game? A heat win makes a 5 game series, and hence less money, a distinct possibility.

I agree there's no reason for the NBA to want the Heat to win tonight. So it really doesn't make sense that they're getting so many calls, but they are.
