What gives with Henderson? Some when does the #33 overall prospect and #2 pro style QB have such a modest list of offers? I know grades are an issue, but it still doesn't make sense. If his ranking holds up he would have offers from most of the top school.

It is basically a first come first served situation with Kizer and Henderson or would we take both?
And if we would take both, what are the chances that the second one commits when the first has already committed?

Still early. Kid is still a junior. Most of the top 5 prostyle QBs still only have a couple offers each.

Uuuhhh, as of the article a few weeks back it sounded more like Caleb needed to concentrate on his grades instead of setting up visits. We were led to believe our staff wouldn't take a commitment because it looked like he wasn't even going to qualify. What's changed suddenly?

Natron, is the Michael O'Conner reclassifying to 2014 piece finalized yet? Haven't seen him play but from what I've read its seems like he'd be the QB i would most like to see in green and white. Don't remember seeing anything finalized on that, TIA

If O'Conner has reclassified, he has to be the #1 guy.
on Henderson, maybe he should stop making all these recruiting trips and study some more....just sayin

That was my impression too... I would prefer O'Conner to be in 2015 to have more space between him and Terry. However, if that were the case and we landed Henderson in 14...I don't know if O'Conner would really want to follow Henderson and Terry...

Bill I'm totally confused. As of two weeks ago his problems weren't going to be sorted out for months and possibly well into next year, per this site's VIP article. Our staff traveled to VA specifically to watch him throw in person prior to accepting a commitment. Then we hear we wouldn't risk it due to grade problems which were obviously significant. Now they're suddenly comfortable with his academics? What the hell is the deal here?

I was under the impression the problems weren't with grades, but with how courses transferred/didn't transfer with him last year from one school to his current one. Is that incorrect? It is a grades issue?

Gotta agree with Tanner. We've lead on Henderson because we were on the chase early, and because of Narduzzi. If we wait too long, or if it's hinted that Nardog won't still be around come 2014, we lose our advantage. If he'll qualify, we gotta get Henderson in the class early.
As for O'Connor, even if the staff likes him more, you don't turn down Henderson. If Henderson is half the QB he's supposed to be, having him on board early will help the class out big time. Gotta wonder what O'Connor's rush is, too... didn't he move out of Canada to get more exposure? What's the advantage of rushing the process by a year?

Natron, he was briefly listed as 14' on this site as well and then changed back to 15' for the time being. I don't know what the story is.
The bigger question is, does it really matter? If he did re-classify would we get him? I can't remember reading anything coming from the kid he was a lock to us anyway. If I'm wrong please pm me the interview I missed.
