Our coach is much more comfortable looking in public then Hoke appeared here, and it's not even close.
Not only that, but Dantonio has been known to be a bit witty/quotable that goes beyond standard "coach speak" at times: Little Giants, mousetrap, I only care about Michigan State, Pride before the fall, it will never be over, etc...We have yet to see any evidence of this from Hoke yet.

I am still stunned. If anyone ever asks you why you consider the University of Michigan to be an arrogant institution, refer them to that press conferences. They are the biggest marks for their own publicity that I have ever seen. Not even Harvard believes their own propaganda to this degree.

He is going to have to follow the company line when asking questions..which is pretty much to let Brandon control the interview.

Valenti's never asked a tough question in his life. He's not a jouralist, he's an entertainer. THat's why the almost never do interviews of coaches/players/media insiders. it's easier to be a blowhard when you don't have to back it up or face anybody.
