    I just think a little perspective was in order...you have owned Michigan the last 4 years..no doubt but people are getting a little carried away..in all honesty.

    Hmmmm...UofM perspective needed on an MSU board? Doesn't seem reasonable to me.

    Our team has a 4 game winning streak against yours. That is the relevant stat.

    You guys love to pound your chest about 6-4.

    Here are some other thoughts to concern you:

    If we win this fall, it will be 5-5. If you win it will still be 6-4

    If we win this fall and next, it will be 6-4 in our favor. If we split, it will be 5-5. If you win the next two, it will still be just 6-4 your way.

    If we win the next 3, it will be 7-3 us. if we take 2/3 it will be 6-4 our favor. if we take 1/3, it is 5-5 and if you take the next 3, it is STILL just 6-4 you.

    So go ahead and beat the drum of "the last ten games are what matter!!!" I like our chances going forward in that approach.

    I don't think I was pounding my chest, i said you have owned us for four years. I clearly pointed out that fact I enjoy this board it has fun threads, why so serious.

    Never said the ten game streak mattered. All I said was the comment about rubbing our faces in the mud EVERY fall was a bit short sighted.

    game last year, and had a little dog with him? The bartender told him
    he needed to take the dog outside, but the guy told him that the dog
    was a huge football fan. Every time MSU scored a touchdown, the dog
    would bark, wag his tail and run around excitedly.
    At the end of the game, when MSU had won, the dog did a back flip!

    I wouldn't say they had the worst teams in SCum history. The worst coaching staff in SCum history, yes.

    One last thing on this. Is UM discounting their win against O$U because they finally outlasted the Buckeyes' worst team this century? Hell no. They're still dancing in the streets because the streak is dead.

    Screw fat boy, pizza boy, the players, alums, Walverines, maize, blue, A2, Rittenberg, Rosenberg, Albom, Chengelis...hell screw Bline just because he was lame enough to lose to the real "Ohio".

    I don't want to wish away the summer, but I have never wanted it to be 3:27 on October 20th so bad in my life.
