You know what I really can't get? Why people on here always get their panties in such a bunch over paying attention to the school we're competing with. I hate UM and their arrogant shithead fans more than anything and if you were to tell me that Dantonio and Izzo were obsessed with beating UM and that its on their mind a lot (as I'm sure is somewhat true), I would be happy. That's fine if you don't want to care about their programs (and the rest of the B10 for goodness sake) but I do.

Not to mention, its a sports message board. You have Ghost and Blanch starting threads over their getting dumped or how cool Apple shit is, and this guy is getting torched for posting an article about football. Don't read it if you don't care, some of us do.

Hoke is never filled.

Not so sure about the O-line. They would have a better chance if the ran a pro set, but with the hybrid offense they run will put a lot of pressure on a young line. As said by a poster after the article, DRob is going to be in trouble.

The other problem is they start against Bama. I know Bama is re-loading, but that is not who you want a brand new line to open against. As previously said, they will have a big disadvantage against ND, NB, OSU, MSU. They will not have their typical dominance in the trenches against the other B1G teams either.

If scum goes 9-3 this year, I will be very worried. I think we will have two more years of clearly being the better team. After that, if Hoke continues like he is, things will even out. As long as Coach D is going strong, I do not think um will have a major edge on us, but the next two years will be important for State. At that time, Hoke will not be able to sell playing time and Coach D will have further established his abilities with success and player development.

What? Not quite sure what you're saying...it's a known fact um is pretty f'ed this season on both lines next year, especially in the depth department, and this just varifies that- they don't have enough lineman to even have a spring game.

If 'bama knocks out 1 OL or DL, um is in big trouble.

I don't know whats more annoying, the UM Trolls or the guys who yell at everyone if the conversation ever strolls over to Michigan's team. Not to mention, this article made me happy. If it were an article with Hoke talking about how awesome the OL is, It'd be a different story to have it posted. This is good news for us, why not share it.
