You ever have a situation go from ridiculously awesome to ridiculously not awesome?
Once right out of college I went home with a girl after the bar, I'd say a 7, not too shabby for a closing time hook-up (met her @ Paunchy Pete's up on Alpine in GR, if that gives anyone a clue where this is going). Woke up the next a.m. to her giving me a bj'er. Sounds good right? It was. Then she's says, come on up I'm making pancakes. That sounds good too right? Hell yes it does. So I finally wander up to the wonderful smell of blueberry pancakes, walk into the kitchen and .......she's got 3 F'n plates of pancakes stacked 14 inches high each already made! and shes dumping batter in the pan for even more!!. I'm like, WTF?! hungry are we? and then I see out her kitchen window - there's about 6 kids riding bikes, tricycles, bouncing on pogo sticks, etc out there in the driveway. One was black so I'm pretty sure that at most only 5 were her's. But that was never explicitly cleared up though so I suppose anything's possible. Decided to split and hit McDonald's drive thru.
