I love these kind of "How would that chick from Baylor do against dudes?" type of threads.

I doubt Serena could win a single game against any male player on tour, much less Federer.

It would be ugly. Serena's fastest serve was 128 MPH and probably serves closer to around 115 normally. The average male tennis player averages around 130 MPH. Federer would dissect her and that's not an insult to Serena.

And high school men's tennis players could beat Serena as well.

Guys just hit so much harder and are better overall.

Federer would beat the Williams sisters as a tandem.

This presumes that anyone has actually cared about tennis at all recently.

She would win 0 games. The chance a top woman player can win against a male player is that the male player is ranked in the 400 or 500's in the world and the women might still not win a game. The girls hit the ball hard but the guys hit lasers consistently. it might not look that fast on tv sometimes but if you r up close the ball is hit extremely hard

This is similar to "how would a college basketball or football team do against a NBA or NFL team"

Serena would get crushed by Roger Federer, but let's not pretend like that means anyone with a tennis racket and a dick can go out there and beat her.

I would bet most "high school men's tennis players" would struggle to return Serenas serve with any kind of accuracy on a regular basis. I'm thinking she would destroy most HS and college players who aren't on the pro tour.

She would have a better chance than the 5 girls ranked higher? Ok, cool story brah.
