Actually, this is probably where I'd start. A world class aquatic center and a complete overhaul of the IM buildings.

1. $30 Million for a new football training facility(similar to Tennessee's)
2. $15 Million to "clean up" Spartan Stadium
3. $15 Million dispersed evenly to all sports outside of football/men's basketball
4. $10 Million to men's basketball(Izzo can do with it what he wants)
5. $5 Million will be used to create the "Paige Duren Scholarship", which would be awarded to a new senior every season

I would earmark it all for football and all of it to improve Spartan Stadium.

Remove the gas station, car wash, and mechanics bays. Move them to another part of campus, perhaps where the old police post was near Brody. Brick the facade of the stadium, create a perimeter around the stadium where people can go during the game/halftime to reduce the traffic inside SS during games. You can't move inside SS at halftime of a game, way too crowded. Move the ticket gates to the perimeter to free up that space.

I was at SS Friday taking pics of the new scoreboards. It is so unappealing with the rusted concrete from the rebar, broken concrete, and rust on the metal ramps to the upper decks.

Football is the moneymaker for all athletics, it needs the full support of all that money.

FYI, Hollis is right. To build something new with Munn's capacity parameters, it'd cost $70 million. A decent, new 4,000-seat or 5,000-seat rink would probably cost $50 million.

Before posting, I was going to say build a replica of North Dakota's barn but I would need one of you guys to chip in $25-35MM to help me out. Their 11,500 seat barn cost $100MM in 2001.
