I'm staying for half a victory lap, just the fall semester. Graduating in 4 years is like going to the bar and leaving before 11.

I graduated in 4 years and then stayed in EL for another 5. Having money, no homework/finals and being able to do your job hung over? Way better than a measly 5th year.

I totally mismanaged my 5 year plan. As I'm trying to pick classes for my spring semester of my 5th year, I end up deciding to see a counselor to talk about them...then my counselor says, "Wait a minute...hmmm...you know what...you're done this semester. You graduate in December."
Well, shit...there went my spring party semester. Off to the real world.

Lol, I had the opposite happen to me. I got bad advice from a counselor so I had to stay an extra semester to graduate. Plus, I wanted to use that time to study for the MCAT so that semester really sucked
Now with a PhD in Applied Llama Physics...

I love all the dorks in here telling him he's wasting money when in actuality tuition pretty much costs the same whether you took 16 credits a semester or 12. Yeah, he's spending money on rent up there, but I graduated and guess what? I spend money on rent.
Great move, Keith. I might've suggested just doing an extra fall and getting done in 4.5 years, but more power to you. I loved my last semester at MSU, got some nice "Fuck it, we'll never see each other again" tail, my buddies all loved being able to visit and have a spot to crash, too.

Graduated in 4, which was a bummer. But being a licensed attorney at age 25 and
getting a head start on my career had its advantages. However, spent every weekend of my first law school semester back in EL where all my friends were still. Couldn't quit cold turkey!

You are only young once, so live it up. I graduated in 4, but kept on with Grad school and had an absolute blast. Now, I'm 26 and fucking hate working M-F. I would do anything to be able to still be in college at any level.
