Wouldn't it be great if that cop decided to execute ghost for being a smart ass. Just a bullet in the left eye that causes a giant exit wound. Ghost falls out of the car and the cop proceeds to kick the exist wound area causing grey matter to be splattered all over the road and car. Then a wolve walks us and starts eating his brains. His friend proceed to ass eff the corpse while the cop laughs. His wife then hooks up with his best buddy who is in the back seat.

The roadside shit is not admissible in a lot of states. In CA, MI and in IL they take you back to the station to blow into a much more accurate machine. THAT one you can't refuse without shitty consequences.
In CA (which is where I am, so I'm most familiar with the routine here) you don't have to take the roadside breath test or any of the field sobriety tests -- volunteering for those is like handing over evidence to support an arrest. The cop has to arrive at probable cause to make a DUI arrest. Once you're arrested, they take you in and make you submit to a test at the station.
