Well I would DEFINITELY take all 5 of my official visits. I'd load 4 of them up with all the schools that have a reputation for having hot women around the recruits to help "convince" recruits to commit there. Places like Ole Miss, USC, ASU, and FSU. My last visit would be to MSU and then I'd commit to MSU. Basically the plan would be to commit to MSU all along but use my visits to load up on as much hot southern strange as I could in the meantime.

I would switch Ole Miss with Texas. You could prob get some much better weed at your trip to Austin.

I'd be quiet about it like Riley Norman. Then I'd take my 5 officials. One to msu, one to Georgia, one to Oregon, one to ucla, and one to maybe bama?

Then I'd pick msu

Saying I would commit to MSU sounds great, but honestly, I had NO idea where I wanted to go out of high school. In fact, based strictly on where I was accepted, my final three were Duke, Notre Dame, and MSU.

My mom is ordained in the Methodist church, so I would have received good aid to go to Duke. My father was raised in South Bend so I had a connection to ND, and I hated UM, so MSU was my other choice.

When ND sent my acceptance letter and in the letter told me I was in the bottom 1/4 of 1% of students accepted, my hatred for ND began. Why not just tell me I was the last effing kid in and its only because out of state tuition is so expensive... Eff them. It was off to MSU I went.

The third day at MSU, I called my parents and told them that I loved it and do not think I could have made a better decision.

So I can appreciate what recruits go through if they didnt grow up a huge fan of any team and they just loved the sport of college football, like myself.

I do remember being late to pick up my homecoming date my senior year because I watched the end of the Kordell Stewart hail mary game and then had to run around the back yard with my hands in the air screaming "Hell Yeah!!!" for another 10 min. Had to get that outta my system though as my date was a UM fan.

I would go to my dream school

If I recieved a call from U of M, I would laugh audibly and hang up after they introduced themselves. (I'm completely serious)
If I recieved an offer from MSU I would immediately commit.

If I'm the #1 recruit I obviously get my pick of where to go.

But being an athlete at State would be the pinnacle for me. Going pro in whichever sport is great for money and fame, but I don't watch or follow pro sports. I'm not from Detroit so I have no sentimentality towards any pro teams... growing up in Lansing and idolizing every athlete that came through MSU; basketball, football, hockey, etc... that would be having 'made it' to me. The rest is just a bonus. Makes the decision to stay all 4 years really easy, too.

If I'm #1 and coach Izzo/Dantonio had a spot for me... my recruitment would be over really quick.

My parents would have KILLED me if I considered any other school; especially for something like athletics if I'm theoretically the #1.

Of course... this is all a dream... all a fantasy. So my narcissism matters not.

Commit as early as possible to send a message to fellow recruits that I am not going to drag anything out.
