I used to deliver pizzas, and there was one particular incident where I'm pretty sure some shady shit was going on.

So I'm making the rounds and getting to my last house. It was a strange order; three large pizzas but only one 20 oz. Mountain Dew. Why would someone order three pizzas, yet only get enough Dew for one person? If he was ordering the pizzas for himself sure, but who can eat three pizzas in a night? Was he hoping for leftovers? Why wouldn't he just order another pizza the next night? I concluded that it had to be for multiple people, but then, why only get one 20 oz Dew? Did the other person/people eating not get thirsty? Were they drinking other beverages? Why wouldn't you order a liter? Very strange indeed.

So I pull up to the house, roughly around 8:30, and only a single light was on outside, and it was over the garage. I was starting to get suspicious, as I think most people would. I mean, the majority of people have two lights on, at least: one over the garage, saying "Hey, pull right in." With the other on the porch, so I can see the address, and to say "Yup, this is the right house buddy. Welcome." But this one only had it on over the garage. WTF? Did he not want me to feel welcome? Did he not want me to see inside? And, what does this have to do with the pizzas and Dew? At the time, I was certain it was connected, and as I look back now, I still believe it was.

So I pull into the drive way, get the 'zas and Dew, and head up. Right when I'm about to ring the doorbell, their dog goes nuts. I mean, absolutely apeshit, barking up a storm. Now I'm thinking "Shits getting real. This is shady as fuck." Reason: I don't close doors loud, and move like a ninja, so I know the dog didn't see or hear me come up. How did it know I was there? Did it smell the pizzas? Possibly. But I don't think smelling the pizzas would make a dog go crazy like that. I'm pretty sure the dog was a watch dog, meant to warn when the police get close. As I moved in silence, it possibly got a hunch, recognized that some keen figure was in the vicinity, and gave the alert.

The next thing I know the door cracks open, and I'm face to face with some big time crime perpetrator, I'm absolutely certain of it. He asks me how much it was, and I was able to squeak out $31.18. He gave me a $50, and told me to keep the change. It was obviously a "you don't know nothing" gesture, and I took it as so, and I will never divulge the town nor name, as it's probably an alias anyways.

That's my story of coming face to face with legit shady dealings. OP, I know what you're going through.

Leave him an an anonymous note saying

"I saw what you did and I know where it is"

That should flush him out.
