My ultra-shady neighbor, whom I've long suspected of being a drug dealer, just walked outside, went across the street, tossed a small black object over the fence that surrounds unused land, acted nonchalant when somebody walked past, and went right back into his apartment.
I'm not able to see what it was he threw over the fence. 71% sure...
