Of course I'm not saying that bacon is inherently 'bad', rather just the opposite it is quite delicious. I don't see many Red Blooded American Men eating bacon over breakfast sausage!!! Sausage is king!

No one wants to admit it because it's wrong. Also, you can't really compare "sausage" to bacon. There are hundreds of different kinds of sausages.

This. frankfurters (hot dogs) and bologna are sausages and even by conservative estimates they are about 10,000 orders of magnitude less awesome than bacon.

Bacon makes everything better...including other pork. Case in point, my smoked thickcut bacon-wrapped pork loin roast
