Is it easy starting a blog site?

I was thinking of using Wordpress, but I have no prior experience. Any recommendations? I want the site to look very presentable.

I forgot how shitty his site was! He says he updates it daily but has news from 2010 on there. I would be curious what kind of traffic he actually sees on the site. Mostly probably just people from here to make fun of it.

If you're going to be hosting it yourself, you can download it. But otherwise, you're good to go just signing up online and letting them host.
It's so simple, blanch could use it.
