They came very close to beating us last year when we had a better team.
That being said, we're going to hand it to them at home tonight. I think the team will be playing with lots of emotion.

Me too unfortunately. This is probably the least excited I've been for an MSU/uofm game in a long time. Hopefully the team doesn't feel the same way. I'm just feeling so negative after this Lucious thing and how the season has played out.

There has been so much drama with the team this season, that the games seem anti-climactic at this point. It's a really strange way to feel about the games....

The game is here, but the excitement is definitely missing for me. This has been the season from hell. Allen gets dismissed before the season starts, Izzo gets hit with a recruiting violation, Korie gets kicked off the team. A loss to scUM would definitely be my breaking point. scUM is so awful I should be full of confidence, but I am not. I hope the team has the energy and brings the effort for 40 minutes to put a beat down on scUM.

I would love nothing more than to POUND those "good kids who play the game for the right reasons" into the freaking ground!!
I bet they even have a better team GPA than us.
Too bad teams are judged on wins and losses, so when we beat them tonight, we can blind them on the way out the building with our championship rings!
