Just tried Two Hearted Ale for the first time

First IPA i've ever tried, actually. It's really good. Not used to the bitterness of the hops but strangely enough it's not bad. Extremely floral and fruity scent.
Heard a lot of good things about it and I must say it holds up pretty well.

How old are you? If you're over the age of 19 its unacceptable for you to have not tried an IPA until this point.
But yeah, two hearted is really good

2 Hearted is good, but my personal favorite is Dark Horse's Crooked Tree.
And now and then then put out the Double Crooked Tree....it's absolute bliss.

Well, Hopslam will rock your world, Two Hearted WAS my favorite until I tried that...
I also really like the Founders "All Day IPA"... as my buddy says, its about time somebody made an IPA that I can sip all day without blacking out.

I completely disagree about Founders All Day IPA. It has a kinda funky flavor, and less alcohol than Budweiser(slightly more than Bud Light). If I'm drinking IPA, I want to get a buzz.

or, without OD'ing on AAs. any brewer can stuff a ton of hops in a batch. the good ones are about balance.

Obviously, I am a Huma fan. I think Crooked Tree is better than two hearted too. But Two Hearted is good stuff. Luckily we live in a good beer state.

I think it tastes awful.
As for two hearted - its just a great beer. Its a go to beer for me. Hopslam and some of the others are just so over the top they are tough for me too enjoy.

Short's pilsner has a nice hop profile for a pilsner.

I take it you haven't tried to many session IPAs. They all are extremely hoppy, due in part because that's what IPAs are. Don't get me wrong, I like an IPA with a high alcohol content. But if I am going to be drinking all day a session IPA is a much better choice if I am feeling like a hoppy beer than a high alcohol content IPA like Northpeak's Diabolical.
Either way Nucky, just stop trolling and let the big boys talk.

I really like Two-Hearted but Hopslam might be my favorite beer. It just has incredible flavor.
Other good one's are Hopmouth, Hop Rocket, Huma Lupa Licious and Crooked Tree. All Michigan too.

Huma is fantastic. Two Hearted is great. Gotta give some love to Mad Hatter (New Holland). Founder's Centennial IPA (not a fan of All Day) is right up there as well. So many great options without ever looking out of state.

I agree. I tried the Founder's All Day IPA this weekend and I thought it was terrible. I understand the market for a low ABV IPA, but Founder's needs to work on it some more.
I have tried the IPA's from just about all of the "Big" Michigan breweries, and a few well known IPA's from outside of Michigan and I have to say that Hopslam and Two Hearted are probably my favorites, with Huma and Founder's Centennial not too far behind.
