LeBron James

  • Bump. LeBron had 32 points (16 in the fourth), 15 rebounds, 5 assists, and only one turnover in the Heat's win today while holding Danny Granger (All Star) to 7 points on 1-10 shooting. Dude is a monster.

    Dude, get a life.

Would you take a bullet for him? Nobody here cares about LeBron except you.

And for the LAST goddamn time, this is nothing new. Bump when he wins the championship.

I do have a life, it doesn't take much to watch one game on a Sunday afternoon.
And obviously that isn't true since this thread has over 100 posts...
Also, if you don't like this thread you don't have to reply to it.

Why would that be the case? Lebron gets to this point in the playoffs pretty often. It is until it really counts when he fails.

  • Just passed up the game-tying shot by setting a screen for Mario Chalmers...every other big-time player would take that shot, but oh no, not Lebron

  • Kobe and Jordan can take the heat if they miss, Lebron is a headcase. No guts, no glory. Lebron will never have either of those.

Oh come on, that last possession wasn't on him.

You can ding him for missing two free throws, though. Not very clutch there.

I guess you missed the 16 point fourth quarter he had on Sunday. LeBron (28 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists) and Wade (24 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists) played well enough for the Heat to win, it's just that the role players (who shot under 26 percent from the field) did not do their part for the Heat to win this game. So, in other words it was not LeBron's fault. It was more of the supporting players fault if anything. Also, LeBron should have hit those free thows though I will admit.

  • Wade needs to just kick LeBitch in the vag and tell him the Heat will never be his team. What a choker.

  • It was all d wade at the end tonight. Still think King James biggest glaring hole in his game is his post up game.

This is why he struggles at the end of big games in he playoffs. He has to go to the basket which can be double teamed.

Harder to double a post player because the floor is spaced and can pass out of it or shoot.

I like how granger didn't back down to him. Is going to be tough for the heat if bosh can't come back.

Instead of taking big shots he is setting screens so the supporting actresses on that team can take those shots. Oh yeah, choked at the line. Get his giant dong out of your mouth. He is s choker and should never be compared to Magic, Bird, MJ, etc.

Dwayne Wade set screens on the same play as well... And I just admitted he missed free throws he shouldn't have. Also he should be compared to those players since his stats are better than all of them besides MJ's which is close. (I know he doesnt have the rings MJ and them had but he is only in his 9th year in the league and at the same time in his career MJ won only 1 championship.) Finally, he has had many clutch moments in the playoffs like last Sunday when he scored 16 fourth quarter points, when he made the jumper in game 5 of the Chicago and Celtics series last year that gave the Heat the lead with a minute or less left to win those series and many more. It's just that people choose to forget those moments and blindly hate on LeBron because it's the popular thing to do. Finally, LeBron didn't play well at all in the Finals series last year, but people are forgetting all the great things he has done in his career just because of that series and it is just mindboggling to me to say someone isn't "clutch" or a great player just because of one series.

All of those players are better than LeBron now since he is just now hitting the prime of his career. If you look at LeBrons accomplishments 3 MVP's (one of eight players to do this), took a shitty Cavs team whose 2nd best player was Anderson Varejo to the NBA Finals and when he left them they suffered the worst drop off in wins in NBA history. I'm not saying LBJ is the greatest ever or anything, but people saying he isn't a great player and is a choke artist are not being objective in terms of evaluating his game.

Dude hasn't shot a 3 all year, worked on his post game with Olajuwan this summer, and seems like a hands down MVP.

I hate the hell out of him but it seems like he got real serious about winning it all after last year's disappointment. He could be one of the best ever if he had the mental tenacity that he's been lacking so far in his career.

it absolutely is true...he's choked repeatedly. sure he's made 1 or 2 shots here and there but so have a number of other ass clowns that no one would call clutch. he's choked in the biggest moments his entire career. you ever see kobe or MJ set a fuckin screen on the last play instead of take the shot? great players who are clutch demand the ball no matter what their coach thinks is the right play. when he wins a championship then maybe i'll consider thinking about him as being one of the better players to play the game. until then he's behind many including my man elgin baylor and the mailman

exactly. Lebron supporters will use the age old excuse of "uh, its cuz he's a team player! look at his assists" as to why he set some worthless screen for mario fricken chalmers in the last seconds of a playoff game.

LeBron is 6 of 13 in playoff clutch shots while Kobe is 7 of 24 and Michael is 8 of 16. So he is more efficient the Kobe when it comes to shots with one minute or less left in a game and is really close to MJ. Also, to say LeBron would be one of the "better" players in the history of the league if he wins a championship is wrong in my opinion considering he averages 28 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists (better than pretty much anyone besides Michael Jordan and is better than Wilt and Oscar considering the eras they played in) and since he defends positions 1-5 (only player in NBA history to do this). At this point he needs rings to move in to the top 10 or so players in NBA history and he has a chance to become the greatest if he can get to 6 championship rings in my opinion.
