I work in the supply chain department in my office which is roughly 250 people. In our last all people meeting, one of the disgruntled old timers raised her hand to complain and ask the director why they only hire MSU grads.

His response was "because they are the best that is offered in this field".

It pissed the UM slappies off and was a moment of satisfaction. I know, cool story bro.
