Very sad, but it sounds like they have an idea of who they are looking for if they think the a-hole travelled a long distance to commit the assault.
His punishment should be that he has to swim from St Ignace to Chicago by himself... if he doesn't make it, oh well!

seems she was parked at a dock in the UP. Perhaps sleeping over night? guy walked out the dock and into her boat. guess no one was around or noticed. I read a couple articles, so not sure exactly which one offered these details
