MSUAA and MSU Surplus are selling MSU campus road signs today

Just went on sale this morning... I picked up a very nice Red Cedar Rd. sign, I thought it was appropriate.
"The MSU Alumni Association and MSU Surplus Store have teamed up to sell MSU campus street signs to the public. Beginning Friday, November 2, MSU alumni and fans will be able to own a piece of MSU history by purchasing a former street sign from the MSU Surplus Store. These signs were once located at intersections across campus, but have since been replaced due to the campus addressing initiative. The MSU campus street signs come in a variety of sizes and are priced at $50, $75 and $100 depending on the size.
The signs will be available for purchase in store and online beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, November 2. To purchase your own piece of MSU campus history, visit www.msusurplusstore.com on or after Nov. 2."

Michigan State University Surplus Store

The MSU Surplus Store is responsible for the disposition of all university surplus property and provides managed storage services to university departments.

To get Stadium you needed to be there in person I believe. Red Cedar went pretty fast too, as well as Farm Lane.

Nevermind, USPS is much more reasonable for the larger signs. UPS wanted like over $100.

Picked up one of the big Wilson Rd ones, both me and my brother lived in Wilson for 2 years each, should look good in my future man cave, and I have a few other signs procured from other methods during my time in East Lansing. Still want a Grand River sign pretty bad though, lived right on GR when I moved out of the dorms.

Got a S. Shaw Ln. sign. Would have been cool to have the epic 6 ft. Auditorium sign, but then I'd have no where to put it. The S. Shaw Ln one is about 2 feet long. Small and nostalgic and everyone who is a Spartan will know where it came from. Also didn't cost $22 to ship it ($7.01 actually).

I got a N Shaw Lane. You gotta figure everyone that's stepped foot on campus has been on Shaw Lane at one time or another.

I think I got the last Brody and Collingwood. When I first checked they had 5 pages of signs, now they are down to 1 and 1/2.

I have a shaw lane and a bogue that i'd sell for $300 a piece
also...i have this bad boy which i think is priceless

I tried getting the N Shaw sign, but it sold before I could even check out. Ended up with the Bogue St sign (I'm a former Cedar Village resident and Eli Broad grad).

Agreed. That was my thinking. Plus, the Law College (of which I am a graduate) sits between both Shaw lanes. And the Business College (also a graduate) is on North Shaw.
I was thinking of getting Chestnut or Birch because that's where my dorm was (Holden), but I think that's too obscure for most people. If I had been a Physics major, the choice would have been easy. Same for the dorm name street signs.

It probably is, it's just that there's a ton of Wilson Rd. signs on campus. The road is one of the longest.
