There is a food truck in the Detroit area called the "Mac shack" that has awesome m&c with assorted toppings - chorizo & jalepenos is my personal fav. Same people who own the excellent El Guapo mexican food truck. Love the food truck movement.

I didn't realize they were owned by the same guys. It's a sad day when the trucks are away from Wayne State.
