    I've been waiting for this ever since I purchase the Denzel Drone authentic PC uni a few months back. I need some ideas from yourself and other like goodbar on what I should have Denzel write on the jersey. I was thinking have him sign his name and number followed by something like Go Green, MSU 28 UofM 14. What do you guys think? Should I also have Coach D sign the jersey or just leave it at Denzel? Thanks!

  • To me, the autographs are frivolous. I take my kids to get pictures with the players. I have framed photos in my Spartan room of them with various players. Creates good memories. They'll see the player on TV and freak out "I know him!"

    Due to time constraints, fans are limited to one autographed item per person, and requests for photos with players and/or Coach Dantonio cannot be accommodated.

    What is this shit? The autographs don't mean a whole lot. I couldn't care less about them. I understand I guess but if it is going to be this much of a hassle and sweating balls to stand in line to get autographs from 18 year olds, they might as well stop doing this thing.

  • I heard that another school had theirs today. Puts ours to shame. Sad.

    Video had inflatables on the field for the kids and the players were spread out all over the stadium. Fans could go wherever they wanted.

    Great job City of East Lansing. You fucked this up again!

    Why blame the city? MSU is the one setting it up. Tell them to move it to the stadium where fans can do what you mentioned the other school was doing. This is better than the mall in Okemos. How did you get pics with the player as they are all sitting behind the tables. Was your kid able to go behind the tables and you take the photo?

    Actually yes. My oldest has pics with Greg Jones, one with Baker and one with Nichol and Blair White from the mall. There are a couple others too. I thought it was better at the mall but this event should really be at the stadium.

    The event downtown just isn't planned very well and its typical EL clusterfuck.

    I always wondered why we couldn't just hold it on the intramural fields behind Munn (if you really want those inflatables!)...is their some type of promotional tie-in with having it downtown EL?

    I do know a lot of folks complained that photos with the players held up the line (Cousins and Gholston took a lot of photos) and they were not able to get through the line of players. That and too many dealers cutting line to get full size helmets done to put on eBay.

    Photos > Autographs.

    I'd prefer they don't sign autographs and just do photos and meet and greets. That would cut out the dealers.
