Wow, for such a self proclaimed smart guy, he sure says some stupid things. Glad that he is a workout warrior. That really launched a stellar career for Mike Mamula didn't it?

While this in now way excuses Konz for being soft, just because he only benched 225 eighteen times doesn't mean he can't play. Konz is huge and has long arms.....much tougher for guys like that to rip off a ton of reps that it is for more barrel chested short guys. Maybe if Molk wasn't so soft and got injured nearly every year, he might be higher up some draft charts.

Dude is a good college player, and there is nothing wrong with believing in yourself, but he is not Mike Webster. Centers are a dime a dozen coming out of college, unless you are a rare gem (Pouncey comes to mind).

I think he just hurt his draft stock even more with comments like that. There are enough egos in the NFL who can actually back it up--who wants to add another one with unproven talent?

Better get used to Novi. (I guess this is more motivation for me to move out of Novi, too...)
