    He redshirted last year when he first transferred to ISU. I assume that since he's still playing SOMEWHERE in the NCAA he's going to be included on the chart. Makes sense.

    Its lore and legend from the old board. There was another guy too that i can't remember (edit - Fred Lee for Football), but whenever a recruiting question came up someone would reply 'Dar Tucker' well after he went to DePaul because of all the rumors about him coming to State.

    He's Trey's cousin. I'm not sure if he's better. Most likely he is not CMU bound because Ernie is driving that program down into the ground.

    There is a lot of talk that Ernie might be out after this year and Trey may be going with him....

    Its definitely possible to do that, but I've gone ahead and removed football first recruits from the view, so that if they commits it won't effect the scholarship count for the basketball team. If someone indicates that he will play both let me know and I'll add him back on as a "walk-on" to the basketball team.

    We won't take another in 2012 because we want to take at least 2 in 2013 and only one spot (Nix) is guaranteed to open.

  • How in the hell are Costello and Sherman rated similarly? Just blows my mind. You watch tape of them in HS and it's not even close. Sherman couldn't really shoot or play a power game or handle the rock and didn't have a college ready body. Costello has all of those things and better hands/leaping.

    Marriage is like flying with kids, if the flight had 500 connections, never ended, Ted Striker were your pilot and you ate the fish.

    lol Yeah I read that Gary's game the other night was essentially the #1 and #2 teams that got matched up in the first round. Nice non-seeded playoffs they have there.

    Are you implying that making a 20-2 team play one of the only 2 teams that beat them all season and was 19-5 going into the game may have been a bit foolish?

    I'm thinking the next team they face, which they beat by 18 earlier this season may be a touch easier. Carmel looks tough as hell though, which may be the next opponent in the sectional final.

    In an attempt to get my mind off this afternoon's game, and any bodily harm I might inflict on an ACC referee on behalf of my NC State Wolfpack, I decided I'd give you an update on the site:

    For those of you who were having issues with the size of the chart being too large and having to scroll left to right, I've made a fix so that viewing the page should be easier with no scrolling.

    The rankings are now in lock-step with ESPN, Scout and Rivals. I've now put in place a process that checks for new rankings nightly, so they should stay in sync. I've also added the change between the current rankings and the previous rankings for each player.

    I've added a check for changes in the star value for each player's profile at Scout, Rivals and ESPN, so issues with the star values being "stale" for players should now be addressed.

    I've added the team committed to for the player ranking pages, and addressed the issue where the 2013 rankings weren't showing up properly.

    I've also added twitter profiles for every ranked recruit (overall or by position) that I could find for the classes of 2012 and 2013.

    Take a look and let me know what you think.

    I still need to address some issues with the color of links for light colored primary color teams and colorblind disambiguation marks, but I thought I'd give you guys the updates.
