They should look at former Spartan coach and current OC for Bama, Jim McElwain. He was at Fresno St and worked in the Big Sky Conference.

They've choked away numerous good season starts. Last year against ASU they missed two extra points that cost them the game. Stoops is horrible. I have a lot of UA fans and I've asked them numerous times why the guy is still there. They =

Rich Rod could honestly be one hell of an OC for spread teams, but he is a trainwreck of a head coach in high-pressure conferences. Pac 12 will get more competitive and the pressure on coaches will get higher. Arizona's got their work cut out for them.
