Sorry for not posting since last night guys. Looks like there are two separate dynasties going. I'll commish the one, and am completely open for doing whatever. We can do any conference or do a league where any team is open. I don't have any big time constraints, we can advance once a day, once every other day, or once a week. I'm guessing it will take a day or two to get the rosters available for download so we will have to wait until that happens.
Looks like if we go all B1G, dynasty #1 is full. I'm good with this if you guys are.

Most likely All-American. Varsity is too easy but I'm not sure everyone would want to do Heisman.

I'm good with this, All-American can be tough, will put a bigger emphasis on B1G games.
Should also hopefully include more teams being able to play in bowl games.

But playing elite teams in the non-conference, and beating them, gives you a better chance of being the only team come December. In one dynasty I waited 5 years to get a good head coaching gig but my undefeated FSU team didn't make the title because there were 2 undefeated teams in front of me.
If you can make the best teams lose, you stand a way better chance.

You go into the team rosters in the menu and it will give you an option to download a roster. Normally a guy by the name of pastapadre gets them pretty early.

Can you guys post your gamer tags so that when I make the dynasty I can reference this and send you the invite.
Here's what I'm thinking for rules. We'll do All-American difficulty for both game play and recruiting. Injuries and fatigue will both be on. Non conference scheduling will be fair for everyone so that nobody gets stuck with all hard games and someone else gets creampuffs. Expect one hard non conference game and the others will most likely be MAC level teams. We will advance every other day so that will give you two days to play your game and do your recruiting.
As for the roster, from what I can find, the guys at operation sports create the best rosters. They change virtually everything thats needs changing, from team ratings to players that have dreads but don't in the game. It looks like they already started working on it on July 5th and they are expecting around a week until it is complete. Hopefully we will have rosters and will be able to get it kicked off around Thursday of next week.

Here's a really good link for questions and answers on the rosters form operation sports.
If you read a bit, Page 2 I believe, they specifically mention that Gholston will not be a lousy 84 rating in their roster.

I though you couldn't use modified rosters online?
Just as a heads up July 24th / 25th is the bar exam. I will not be playing those two nights. Can we get an extension on the advance during that time...?

You can use mod rosters online in dynasties only.
There will be times when we will have to extend a little bit for sure. I am in the Coast Guard reserves and have to drill one weekend a month so on those weekends I will advance on Friday sometime and then again on Sunday evening when I get back. Actually I have drill this next weekend so we'll hopefully be able to advance and get one game in before the weekend then on sunday night advance again.
