What sort of dead critter is that at the bottom of the nest?

That is pretty cool, wonder how they got the cam up there without scaring the eagles away. There is a huge nest on one of the courses at Garland that we check out every year.

These bald eagle cams are becoming pretty common. I want to see a peregrine falcon cam.

I've got a great view of a peregrine nest from my office window. I've seen them pick pigeons out of midair on a couple occassions.

At MSU there is some type of hawk (I believe red tailed) that hung out around south campus near Holden. One morning I was walking outside from the building and watched it swoop out of nowhere and take down a chipmunk. It flew it up on top of a light post and proceeded to murder it. That was pretty awesome!

I've got some sort of hawk that hunts in my neighborhood every now and then. I've never seen him get anything, but I've seen him sitting on our fence as I take our 10-pound dog outside. I'm waiting for the day that he decides to see if he can scoop the dog up.
