3-4 days a week I'll have a frozen meal, followed by an apple or mixed fruit. If you keep it interesting with the fruit and buy fresh stuff that you like, the frozen meal doesn't seem so bad.

Yeah frozen meals seem to be improving these days. At 2 bucks a pop they're not too bad. And like he said, mix it up with maybe some hummus or dessert or fruit or yogurt.

Go look at a thread Blanch started. Plenty of ideas for lunch in one of those.

I"ll make a big pot of pasta, soup, stir fry or something on Sunday and put it in tupperware containers to take for the week. I'm usually kinda sick of it by Thursday, but it gets me through a few days.

I'll make a huge tupperware of salad which I keep in the fridge at home then I separate it out in the morning to bring with me to work. I have a container that keeps the dressing separate from the salad.

We have a toaster oven so I will bring a tortilla, cheese and sauce and/or meat and toast it for a few minutes

Really?? How do they chew? Don't tell me there are teeth down there!

Seems like it would be difficult to cut. Doesn't it hurt your jaw after a while?

Just don't be the guy that stinks up the entire office when you cook your lunch.

i alternate one week with PB&J, the next with some sort of deli cut sandwich. include a piece of fruit and energy/granola bar. damn i am boring.

Do you trade with your classmates too?

One time this girl put some type of an artichoke vegan thing (she was an extremely obese vegan btw, ) in the microwave. That stuff stank the whole office up for hours. [puke]

Often I just do an all fruit lunch. Today for lunch - a banana, an orange, a Bartlet pear, a Granny Smith apple and a Gala apple.

Like clockwork.
