I prefer Franks Red Hot.

While I do like using Tabasco as a spicey additive mixed wioth other items to create a maranide etc.....putting it by itself on pizze just seems stupid. It does not inhance flavor of the original food, it makes things hot, period. It has a unique flavor too, but nothing awesome.

That being said, that nasty azz pizza Golic is eating in that commercial looks like a piece of cardboard with some old pepperoni and cheese melted on it......F'ing gross.

It does and I use it instead of salt on eggs, in soups and where it doesn't need to be on pizza which is already full of salt.

Is that the free Rick's Happy Hour pizza circa 2002?

The original Tabasco has three ingredients: Red pepper, vinegar, and salt. It's aged in oak barrels which also adds some flavor.

Cholula.

Toss up between Franks and Cholula. Tabasco is in a league of itself in terms of flavor.

Sriracha! I put it on everything except my cereal.

Yep. I prefer Sriracha sauce over Tabasco or Frank's. Cholula is good too.

Not a hot sauce, but I do like mixing in some A1 with ground beef to make burgers.

It seems a new hot sauce thread pops up every month. My rule for commercial hot sauces (I'll always try local or unique hot sauces)

Asian foods = Sriacha
Mexican = Cholula (backup is tapatio)
Everything = Franks (it can go on italian, mexican, asian, american, everything!)

Tabasco tastes like shit, and I judge people who use it.

The best home made hot sauce I've ever made is 5 parts Frank's to 2 parts sriacha.
