OT: What is your passion in life?

This topic came up the other day in conversation with the family and I was curious to see what members of the good ole RCMB had to say. Im sure there will be funny responses like titties, blow, anal, hot chicks, etc. Thats cool and since everyone is different there is no judging. But what I mean more sincerely about your passion is what experience, activity, hobby, event gets you excited more than anything else? What is the one thing you look forward to doing or being a part of so much so that you feel connected to it? This would be something you look forward to doing most which drives you outside of your time spent at work to dedicate time to.
I know people whose passion is cooking, skiing, piano, fixing up old cars, world of warcraft, MSU tailgating, traveling, stargazing, hunting, and reading, amongst other things. Its interesting to see all the different things that make people tick. I also think those with a sincere passion for something and who get to experience it often seem a little happier than people who dont have one or cant spend time on it. Also feel free to share your story as to why you love what you love.

At my age, most of my hopes and dreams were crushed a while ago. So the only thing I have now is to raise my 2 boys and consel them against making some of the decisions I made, and teach them things I wish I knew a long time ago. So I guess you could say my "passion" is to try to make sure they turn out better than me.

Travel, although I don't get to do much of it anymore. Would love to just be able to travel like Anthony Bourdain and eat, experience the culture, etc. Perhaps someday. Also, college football. Love it. I'm still fairly young though so I don't think I've developed a "true passion" that I can throw myself into fully. Just a bunch of things I enjoy doing, but not one of them really dominates anything else. Except MSU football. That pretty much takes precedence over everything else in my life.

Absolutely this.
It is also my goal to work for a non profit and raise mad freaking cash by hosting Pigs -v- Freaks football games across the country.
It is too late for me to become who I originally intended to be in life, so Ive aimed higher. Im going to need a little luck but hopefully my knowledge and passion will get me through until the luck arrives.

Well, i used to be apart of Neil Diamond's traveling fan club, known as the "Shining Diamonds." But since that has fallen through, i just enjoy perusing the quality threads that tRCMB produces, particularly during OT season.
