For those of you picking one up, here's what you need to do:
1. Get it. 2. Install Ice Cream Sandwich, the actual version of Android, not Amazon's bastardized version. 3. Set up your Google account, complete with Google Drive and Google Play.
This thing has proven to be a pretty decent Android tablet once you get Amazon's crapware off of it. Also, you should install Chrome for Android rather than the older browser, as it has a lot of cool features, the best of which being syncing your desktop and tablet browser tabs.
