That is incorrect, Mgoblog and a UM beat writer told me they (UM) contacted the Big Ten with plays from last week.

you're trying to connect two unlike dots

"Indiana head coach Bill Lynch and his Michigan State counterpart Mark Dantonio both sent in plays to the Big Ten office for review after some questionable officiating in their respective games during the weekend."

plays are sent in weekly. just because something was sent in doesn't mean it was in a box marked OMGZ FORCE MSU TO APOLOGIZE

also, would your UM beat writer be, I dunno, an AnnArbor.com article or any other mainstream news piece reporting on the game the past week. nice try to act like an insider (http://www.annarbor.com/sports/um-football/msu-coach-mark-dantonio-ok-with-perception-of-his-team-as-internal-investigation-continues/)

Kinda like the logic jump UofM fans make calling Gholston a "thug" and MSU a "dirty" program after ONE game from their entire careers? Don't worry though I'm sure you're on MGowhatever pointing that out right now. blah

Hollis should of handled it internally. Doing so in public seems to show he bowed to the enormous media pressure about the whole situation with Gholston. Hollis has been golden but this public flogging was a bad move by Holllis IMHO.

What if the Big Ten made him do it?
