It's been a long while for me (12 years) but I remember that they basically just ran underage kids through a speed court, made them pick up trash for a few hours, gave them a fine, and sent them on their way. It was a segment on the news that they didn't want to scare off the spring break crowd as it was THE economy for the entire city.

Also, expect tits.

PCB is meh on all levels, but nonetheless a place to drink, catch some rays, and have fun.

Would definitely head to Cancun, South Padre, or somewhere else though.

There is hardly any cops on the beach. Just don't do anything idiotically stupid.

There will be a ton of MSU students there. Just find an MSU flag on the beach. You will have no problem meeting people.

Sucks that you can't go to the clubs at night. We bought these cards for $50 and it got you free cover and free beer for 2 hours in a few clubs a day.

Yeah, actually you could. Forgot we had a few in our group do that. You might want to check out club la vela. It isn't included on that card, but it is the biggest club in America.

It was the best week of my life.
